We don’t just jump from our old self to a new self when the calendar changes. Each new year brings familiar challenges, but we tackle them with more understanding.

"We meet ourselves time and again in a thousand disguises on the path of life.” - Carl Jung

You’re not starting over—you’re building on what you’ve learned.

👉 Carl Jung called this individuation—the process of becoming more fully ourselves.

👉 So instead of “new year, new me,” let’s say: “new year, deeper me.”

As we move into 2025, remember: you’re not stuck in a loop—you’re spiralling upward.

Wishing you peace, happiness and good health!
